This information applies to anyone accessing the club, including non-sailors and hall hirers.

In order to access the Rotorua Yacht Club premises, including the clubhouse and boatshed, you are required to read and follow the above plan and complete a contact tracing form or use the Contact Tracing App when entering and leaving the premises.
Completing the contact tracing form or app is compulsory for anyone accessing the club, including non-sailors and hall hirers, as it enables the health services to get in contact with you if there is a chance that you have been in contact with or near someone with COVID-19.
You MUST complete the form or use the app to fill out required information, as well as listing the details of other members of your party. You should not complete the form prior to entering or exiting by predicting when you will be there, as the exact time of entry and exit is crucial in determining whether you are at risk or not. After entering, please ensure that Ministry of Health guidelines are followed and social distancing is being practiced. Hand sanitiser must be used upon entering, which is available as you enter the boat shed on your right. For Hall hirers, this can be found with an alternative paper contact tracing form as you enter the clubhouse.

- You arrived into NZ within the past 14 days
- You have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19, or displays symptoms
- You have COVID-19, or feel unwell at all
