What We Offer

Club days are held on most Sundays during the season – September to April each year with training in the morning and club racing for all fleets in the afternoon.  In addition to this we offer coaching during the week, to prepare sailors for participation in local, regional and national regattas.

Rotorua Yacht Club has structured its sailing programme into three tiers:
- Learn To Sail programme for all ages (Levels 1-3) 
- Youth
- Senior

Club boats are available for hire to Rotorua Yacht Club members.

We also organise fun social events for the whole family to get involved.

​The subscription year begins on 1 September and ends 31 August.

Family Membership entitles two sailing memberships - further sailing members to pay additional $25.

Boat Storage Fees:  $85 per boat, per year.
